Section 1

1.1 Age Eligibility

To use tk2223 services, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Our platform is for adults only. We take all possible steps to prevent access by minors. If any discrepancy is found during age verification, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings earned will be considered void.

1.3 Registration Information

When opening an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full legal name (as per National ID card or passport)
• Correct date of birth
• Active mobile number and email address
• Current residential address

If false or incomplete information is provided, tk2223 has the right to close the account and withhold any pending payments.

1.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account.

2.1 Identity Verification

tk2223 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the security of financial transactions and services. Verification may need to be completed before any withdrawal request or after a certain volume of bets.

2.2 Required Documents

One or more of the following documents may need to be submitted for verification:

• A clear copy of a National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence
• A bank statement or screenshot of a mobile banking account (for address verification)
• A recent selfie photo (with ID card, if required)

2.3 Verification Processing Time

After all required documents are submitted, verification is generally completed within 24 hours. Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold during the verification process. tk2223 may request additional information or documents and reserves the right to restrict the account if satisfactory responses are not received.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit, unless specifically approved otherwise in special circumstances.

3.4 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

A withdrawal may be placed on hold or rejected for any of the following reasons:

• KYC verification is incomplete
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Suspicious activity has been identified on the account
• There is suspicion of a balance discrepancy or technical error
• A breach of these Terms has occurred

3.5 Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion fee may apply for transactions in other currencies. tk2223 follows prevailing market rates when determining exchange rates.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at tk2223 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,200 bonus for a total of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳14,000 will give a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 for a total of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. Slots, fishing games, and selected casino games contribute fully toward wagering calculations; some games may contribute only partially.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A promotion applies only once per user
• Wagering must be completed before winnings earned from a bonus can be cashed out
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is still active, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account
• tk2223 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without notice

4.4 VIP Program

The tk2223 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Progression to a higher tier depends on your activity and loyalty on the platform. VIP benefits are subject to separate terms and conditions, which may change.

5.1 Fair Play

tk2223 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness across all its games. Each game outcome is completely independent and not predetermined. Our game providers — including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and others — all follow internationally recognised standards.

5.2 Betting Rules

• A placed bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven
• If a betting outcome is affected by a technical issue, tk2223 will make a decision after investigation
• In live sports betting, the confirmed odds at the time of placing the bet are final
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded unless specific rules for that sport apply

5.3 Game Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue, tk2223 will make a decision based on log data. This decision will be considered final.

5.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

Our sports betting rules apply when placing bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket events. tk2223 reserves the right to suspend any related bets if match fixing or any irregularity is suspected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any one of them occurs, the account will be closed immediately and the balance will be forfeited:

• Fraudulent activity, software hacking, or use of bots
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers
• Operating an account using another person's name or information
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Attempting to control game outcomes by colluding with other users
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in any game's software to gain an unfair advantage
• Falsifying personal information or providing a false identity
• Using the tk2223 name or logo without permission

7.1 tk2223's Rights

tk2223 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time and for any reason without prior notice. However, this action is generally taken due to a breach of Terms, suspicious activity, or a legal requirement.

7.2 Closure at User's Request

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. A Self-Exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming. If wagering conditions are met before the account closure request is processed, the eligible balance will be returned.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no activity for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive and an inactivity charge may apply. Logging back into an inactive account will reactivate it.
